QUESTION-ERR^®

In an effort to better understand the medication use process and other areas of practice in healthcare, Med-E.R.R.S. has developed the QUESTION-ERR®. Periodically, a new question or set of questions will be posted on the Med-E.R.R.S. web site. Questions may deal with medication-related issues such as storage, prescribing and dispensing practices in various clinical settings. This will further help us evaluate the potential for error with new product names and packaging.

Anyone can view the survey results but in order to complete the surveys, you must be a healthcare practitioner who is registered in the Med-E.R.R.S. database for safety projects.
